HFAB wins Public Housing Sweden’s digitalisation award for knowledge base

  • 1 min read

Halmstads Fastighets AB, with its more than 11,000 apartments, is the largest player in Swedish municipality Halmstad’s housing market. Now they have won Public Housing Sweden’s digitalisation award “Den vita älgen” (the white moose) in the category “Initiative for residents”. The award is given to HFAB with the following motivation:

“With the help of a centralized knowledge base, HFAB has created a structure for serving tailored and correct responses to recurring questions. The entire organization, 150 employees, has access to the platform and the information can be shared in several channels. Tenants get their answers faster and, above all, the same information is shared on the website, in customer service or from a landlord.”

More information about the award can be found (in Swedish) at: Fem nya vinnare av digitaliseringspris (sverigesallmannytta.se).
