Calabrio WFM – Day 2

Telia and Calabrio welcome you to a deep dive into the world of WFM!

During two half-day training, we immerse ourselves in the tool and give you, as a new or experienced user of Calabrio, insights and in-depth knowledge.

During the training, we will go through:

• Forecasting
• Scheduling
• Optimization
• New and “old” functions on the web (for example, the forecast module, e-learning, the meeting module and much more!)
• Tips & Tricks
• Q&A

Two training days – pick & mix

The training is divided into two half days where the first day is suitable for those who are new, or perhaps a little rusty, in Calabrio WFM as we go through basic functions. During day two, we dive deeper into all of Calabrio’s functions, so if you are not already familiar with Calabrio WFM, we recommend that you attend both training days. If you are already a fan of the program, day two is enough.

The training is digital and broadcast via Teams.
