Improve your workforce management skills with Calabrio

Telia ACE and Calabrio welcome you to a two day training session where you will increase your skills within Calabrio especially forecasting and optimization. After the two days you will have improved your knowledge of Calabrio and workforce management, WFM, no matter if you have experience in the system or if are a new user of Calabrio.

April 19th 09.00-15.00
