Based on a competitive bidding process, the Finnish joint procurement authority Hansel, selected Telia as a supplier of telecommunications operator and communications service solutions for public sector.
The framework agreement signed with Hansel is valid until 2024. It covers approximately 175,000 mobile subscriptions as well as switchboard and customer service systems with expert services.
As part of the framework agreement, cities and municipalities will be provided with Telia ACE, a leading digital customer service solution in the Nordic countries, which handles 150 million calls and 200 million digital contacts per year.
